After having done the original Appeal and a Post Conviction through the Oklahoma Court Of Criminal Appeals for a 54.5 year sentence for embezzelment, and failing at both attempts to get relief, how does one get a review by the Federal Court, 10th Circuit. We feel as though our trial attorney failed us by ineffective counsel.
