I was in court in cotober of this year concerning spport figure and visitiation, ex boyfriend initaitated that court date. He is still fighting the support figure that was set back in January of 2002. Puts in for motion again new court date in october visitation expanded at that time, support figure upheld and arrears figure upheld. Judge expands visitation to weekend overnights. Now ex wants support lowered because he is having an extra over night visit(saturday night). This was addressed in october 2002. How many times can he keep this up bring that same old topic up and bringing me to court , needless to say it cost me everytime for a lawyer . Ps. he is in arrears again of 1200.00not due to lack of income but refuses to support child, and new order allows me for pick up for church services and he is stating he has no intention on being around nor releasing her for that time. Iam also the one that has the bulk of the finacial support by percentage put on me .. Won't the judge just throw it out because there is not change of circumstance, and also hold him in contempt for not following the order

I feel pretty sure that if there's no change in circumstances the judge will dismiss any motions but I don't think there's a limit on how many times you can take someone to court. Although judges don't like frivilous filings and such.

Yes, if he's not following any of the court order(s) he's in contempt.
