What is the name of your state?California
My mother and I are trying to do a revokable living trust for her. I am an only child and understand that I will be the successor trustee, but I am also the sole beneficary. Is there a problem with this? I also understand we need to fill out a deed for the property she owns and is this supposed to be in her name or my name as the beneficary? Please help!

Go to your local library and check out a few books about trusts. Your questions are simple and basic and answers can be found there, but it doesn't hurt to have a trust attorney review what you have done to make sure there are no serious errors or errors of omission.
