What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

My company that I work at want me to find a simple clause where because they engage 3rd party finance company for collection of payment and also for processing payment to investor.

They want a clause like

3rd Party Finance Company

ABC company engage 3rd party finance company for the purpose of collection of payment, and to process payment to investor.


But how do we write rewrite it to make it sound professional and legal. The company I work in is a investment company. They just want to inform the investor that for collection of all investment payment & investment payout is process by 3rd party finance company engage by ABC company.
