Colorado again, regarding the First Right of Refusal on vacant lot next door that was entered on our Purchase Agreement. House plan is completed but building permit was just turned in today. Surveyors marked property lines today. Ground has not been broken yet. We just found out about their intentions on Thursday last week. Is our recorded purchase agreement in anyway considered a lein on the property?

Please post to your initial thread instead of starting a new one on the same subject matter. Also confirm if your purchase contract was recorded on title to the vacant land property.
