What is the name of your state? Florida I've been receiving disability through my long term disabilty insurance that I paid for through work. They told me to file for SSD which I did and was turned down. Now my insurance company has assigned an attorney to fight it for me. If I get it they say all the money will be paid to me from the beginning but I have to give it to them. I paid for my insurance myself, why do I have to give them this money? Wouldn't I be entitled to both?
