What is the name of your state?N Y State

My property deed has a right of way clause allowing my neighbor access to his garage through my property. Thats ok!

What is the legal description of "right of Way"

Is the Right of Way for his use only (property owner)?

Can he give others the right to use?

Can I restrict use other than the property owner?

My response:

You sure can. You're the property owner. All because your neighbor has the right of ingress and egress, doesn't give him a right to "invite" a parade with floats and marching bands onto the property. The easement is there for him, for his use only, and for no one else.
