What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? KY

we have a right of way purchased over 100 years ago, this road runs along a river bank (on one side is a bluff and the other side drops to the river)from hwy to our prop. line point A to point B...there is a farm behind us that belonged to our family also. Stated in our deed is the right for uncle Fred (his name is used not the property) to pass through the middle of our farm to his. Fred died and the land was sold and now the new owner expects to drive through the farm as Fred did. We sent him a letter and he can longer use the road and we changed the lock. We also said he may use the road but only by contacting us so we can let him in/out. So he has filed a case saying he has a right of way. I have his deed and no right of way is stated ...does he have a case?
