Our Association is for owners 55 and older and the CCR&R and all amendments are properly executed and recorded. One of the articles limits the amount of time for visitors under the age of 45 to two weeks out of ten weeks. Visitors in violation of the Article and the owners allowing the vistor to overstay may be evicted.

I understand we may evict and get a restraining order for the vistor. May we legally evict the owner?
