my name is kony. Is it right for my employer to ask for proof of abortion from clinic? Why should I have to disclose this information, the clinic will not give me any such papers, I might get fired if I do not bring "proof"

This does sound like an incredible intrusion of your privacy but cbg is right - you need to post back and tell us why they're requesting this information and what kind of work you do.

For example, if you were a radiology technician, there might be good reason for them to know if you were pregnant (so as to avoid harm to the fetus) and to request proof if you decided to terminate a pregnancy before returning you to your usual duties.
