MISSOURI :confused:That is a understatement. My problem is with a foreclosure. The mortgage is in a missouri corporation.I used my right to redemption by the advice of my ex attorney.I have to file a petition for statutory redemption along with a blank form of redemption bond. This form contains blanks for information to be supplied, such as name of surety, his address, the amount of the bond and its date.I can't find any such form and I need to file this as soon as I can due to the fact that I have been mislead by my attorney.this is the first time that I have used this web site it could be a dream come true for me since I have been forced to be PRO-SE by the judge.I have m,any questions that I need help with but this is a start. Please let me here something soon I have been on line all day. thank you.
