right to survivorship law in BK

I'm in the process of filing a chapter 7 and have discovered that I am named on a house title with a right to survivorship. My parents are alive and well. Does this affect my case? What is the best coarse of action if any?

It means you own a portion of the house and it sure could complicte things if there is signficant equity that can't be exempted.
You need to inform your lawyer about this ASAP.
