While NC allows alienation of affection suits, you need to know what you're getting into before proceeding. For starters, $$$. You'll need to prove that the only reason for the adultery was the person you're suing. And you can expect every portion of your private life to be opened for public consumption as the other side will try to show that there were cracks already there. Do you really want to expose your family to that? At the end of the day, your spouse chose to betray the vows s/he made on your wedding day. That has nothing to do with the other person.
