With wireless communication on the increase, the chance of suffering interference from a piece of equipment purchased by a neighbor, is likely to increase dramatically.

This seems to be related to other issues like noise pollution and antisocial behavior.

What laws exist in regard to radio interference? If my neighbor decides to install a wireless PC network in his home and it messes up my wireless room-to-room TV transmitting system, who bears the onus of responsibility?

I would guess the person to install their equipment last. Yes?
