I own a condo in Colorado that I am leasing. I am moving to Texas at the end of the month and am trying to sell the condo. What rights do I have as a landlord to sell the place before the lease is up? Also do I have the right for a real estate agent to show the condo at any time?

You have a right to sell the condo at any time but you must disclcose that there is a lease.
You do not have the right to have the property shown by your agent at any time. read your lease and the State Statutes with respect to the showing of the property.
