i live in ga.my husband and i are seperated, not legally.he bought a mobile home and some land with another woman, she signed for him to get it.we have two children, both minors. what are my legal rights? alimony? or what am i entitled to.i am constantly subjected by harrassment from her.what can i do?

My response:

You have the right to have a consultation with an attorney to explore your situation. Most Family Law attorneys will give you a FREE initial consultation. You also have the right to obtain a divorce that includes custody, visitation and support orders, for both you and the children.

The word harassment means different things to different people. You'll have to tell me in complete detail what is happening, so that I can tell you whether or not it's "actionable harassment", and what you'd need to do.
