my x-wife and I have been divorced since 1997, we have two children. In the course of the divorce we signed a tax form 8332 so each of us could claim a child for a deduction. It is apparent that my x-wife has claimed my son this year on her taxes and I would like to know what I can do about it.. Any help would be appreciated Thanks!!

My response:

Well, for starters, you might want to post this question on the "Tax Law" board, if you haven't already done so.

Good luck to you.
