At a detail shop recently to fix a small dent I was informed that my car had been in an accident before. He could tell by the poor paint and body repair work that was performed. (i.e. wavy paint lines, bondo, off-color) The car is fairly new '97 Honda Accord and looked new to me. Now I feel bamboozled because they didn't tell me the car had been in an accident before and apparently it had been side swiped. Is their any way for me to recover something from the dealer. Who by the way is a big dealer in Orange County. Honda World which actually claims to be the biggest.

My response:

And when you brought this matter to their attention, they said to you . . . ?
