in va- i bought a vending machine 5 months ago. paid $1000. the machine was to be delivered within 14 business days. i have neither the machine or my money. i have been in contact with the man who sold it to me. he told me on several occasions that the machine had been shipped. after a sufficent amount of time had passed- i notified him again. he will not return my calls or answer my emails. what do i do?
