What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana

The business took $239.00 from my bank account, member of staff created an error and my order was "Voided" thus never processed, cancelled. I have been waiting for them to refund my money but nothing happened. When I contacted them again business said it will take a great deal of time to research so I waited again. Later I have been contacting them, then they said that they have shipped the products to me but it is a lie, when I asked where are the products they said government does not hold the proof longer than six months so we do not know where there produtcs are, when I asked to refund my money again they stopped talking to me at all, I complained to BBB but they ignore the communication. I wrote numerous times to the business again and now they say that because 1,5 year passed they wont return me the money. I want to know whether I still can back my money as there literally was no order, as they at their website have Voided it thus cancelled took the money and that is it. I have been trying to sort it out with them for so long and now they do not want to give me my money back because of the 1,5 year time. I think that I should be able to get my money back as they just took the money, it is a fraud thus crime, they have to sipmly return it, Am I correct?

People need to learn that the BBB doesn't have the legal right to get a company to do anything it doesn't want to do.

People also need to learn not to wait over a year to deal with business issues..
Even if I have evidence of a cancelled order and the bank statement with the amount of money taken I should let it get away with my money because I spotted this too late, right? I did not know they would take the money since the order was cancelled. Or I still can try to recover the money?

You can sue in small claims court for breach of contract.

You'll need to do some research to see if you can sue in your local small claims court, or if you need to file where the defendant is located.
