contacted a merchant over the internet and agreed to buy his product. Sent merchant a credit card check to pay for product and have yet to recieve merchadise or product. Merchant refused to sell product because I demanded a 24 period to confirm the condition of product. Merchant has cashed check. What are my options, criminal and civil? Merchant is in Maine I am in Michigan.
