What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri

A few weeks ago I checked my credit report and noticed there were several incorrect items on my TransUnion credit report. They had an alias, a different previous address, and an adverse account in collections.

I contacted TransUnion and had the incorrect information removed from my credit report.

The strange thing is, I occasionally get mail from the RJM Acquisitions LLC company for the alias. The address is correct, but it's not my name.

What should I do in this situation?

I'm considering returning the letter as return to sender and sending a letter UPS telling them to stop sending me mail since there is no one by this name here. We have lived in the same place for the past 13 years, so it is not a previous tenant (we rent our house).

Send them a letter with all the identifying info from the letters they sent to your address. Simply explain that no one by that name lives there, or ever has lived there during your occupancy. Tell them to remove your address from their records and to not contact you about that person's debts any further. Send it by certified mail with return receipt.
