We pay into a road maintenance fund. The neighbor who manages the fund and gets the road fixed when needed refuses to give anyone access to the books, bank statements and related information. Another neighbor has taken him to court on several occasions. Still no access to information concerning the fund. It’s our money. I don’t get it. It’s starting to cause issues in the neighborhood.
