What is the name of your state? PA

I was possible up for raise this past June when reviews were completed by my company.

I told them not to add a raise due to two problems:
1- I live in public housing apartments. (Which are pretty nice compared to something you'd find in a major city like Philadelphia). And the rent is based on income. Any type of raise would cause the rent to possible be raised.
2- My son (2 yrs old) recieves SSI for a leg disability and they said if my income changes I must report it.

So unless someone can come up with something I cant figure out. I'm stuck with the income from work and never be able to recieved a raise. As for a regular apt or home, expensives would far exceed what were handling now.
