What is the name of your state? WA

Okay im not understanding the ROFR clause. I have looked my parenting plan in and out and have yet to find anything like that worded. Is it automatically just in the plan or what? Or just certain states. I have searched this forum and nobody really has the answer. What if i have my kids and i get called in to work, would my fiance or wife (there stepmother) be able to watch them?

ROFR is not automatic. When the child is with you, you have sole discretion as to who you leave the child with, as long as your court order does not state otherwise. However, it is normally very easy to have ROFR added at a later time.
