What is the name of your state? Missouri
Three years ago we had a bad storm and lost a few shingles on our roof. We filed an insurance claim and we received a check for a new roof (minus deductible and depreciation value). We ended up just replacing the missing shingles and did not replace the entire roof. Now, following another bad storm, our roof has been damaged again. The damage is in a different location on the roof. Can we file another claim or are we stuck?

You actually put in a claim for a FEW shingles and they paid you for a whole roof? No wonder rate hikes never end.
