florida, our house is under contract. recently a roofing contractor climbed up on our roof without our permission while we were not at home. he later contacted us and said he had done so at the request of the home buyers. he estimated $9,000.00 to repair the roof. after his visit we noticed numerous tiles damaged, as we had just had all the broken tiles replaced prior to his getting on up on our roof. we also found out that he was not sent by our buyers. the roof had recently been renovated at a cost of $1,150.00, now we have an additional bill of $750.00. what is our recourse since he trespassed without our permission.
