What is the name of your state? Texas

Hello I recently had a roofing company try to fix a water leak.

After they fixed it they had to come back because it was not done correctly.

I have a moisture device and it still reads 100% after it rains in my closet after the second time.

The owner said he does not go by the moisture reading devices.

I sent him a video showing another leak.

He has not replied.

The guy who works for the owner said the siding needs to be replaced on the roof.

The owner said that will cost extra but I wrote in the contract the siding will be replaced as needed before I signed it.

Can I take him to small claims court for the 1400.00 service he provided.

I think this is the form I need to fill out? Am I correct?

Thanks for your help.
