Roomate from hell

I live in SF, CA.
I am the only one on the lease. My roommate pays me, but I am the only one who writes a check to the landlord.
I want her to move out. I asked her to move out 4 months ago, and I gave her a 30 day notice to move out, over 30 days ago. I have a new roommate moving in shortly.
What can I do if she refuses to move?
Can I change the locks and throw her stuff on the street.
Her living here is at will, and I have been more than accommadoting while she tries to find a place.
What if she refuses to pay any more rent?

So you cant lock her out, you have to file legal evcition papers in a court of law, get a court date an win.

even though she's not on the lease? never paid a check to the landlord?
Can she just stay forever unless I take her to court?
What if she doesn't pay any more rent? i can't have the cops throw her out?
