What is the name of your state? Florida
I live in florida and own my own home. I have 2 roomates in which I share the mortgage and electric bill with. We do not have a written lease or agreement or anything in writing, they rent rooms in my house. One of the roomates went into my room and took my electric bill and made a copy of it. My question is, is this illegal? Also if I evict them, because I have lease, how much notice do I have to give them if any?

How can you own your own home , have two roommates w/ no lease , and you have a lease ?

No , it's not illegal . Show the roommates the Elect. bill , and request their portion .

If you want roommates out , follow your States' LL/tenant laws for eviction .

Without a lease, they are month to month rentors. Follow the landlord/tenant laws of your state to remove/evict them. The easiest way to do it is to give them proper notice that their monthy lease is not being renewed and that you want them out.

Only go through the eviction process if they stop paying rent or refuse to leave.

Also if I evict them, because I have lease, how much notice do I have to give them if any?
You mean you have NO lease, like you said earlier?
