Roomies posses marijuanna & ?????

My roommates smoke both cigarettes and pot in the living room whenever they feel like it. They leave the drugs and paraphanalia out in the open as well. I am fed up and have strongly urged them to get rid of it immediately but to no avail. I doubt there is much I can do about the cigarettes (it was agreed in the lease that smoking was done outside) but the pot could easily get me in trouble as well. What are my options? I have considered just throwing the stuff in the dumpster, but I was told that could just cause more trouble. Thanks.

You should move or kick out your roommates. Throwing out their pot will just get them angry. If they are not willing to be considerate of you, you should not be living with them.
