My daughter and a friend cosigned an apartment lease for a year...Now with 4 months left on the lease, the roommate walked out of the apartment...Do I have a leagle right to take her to court to collect the ramaining part of her rent???? Thank you

YES you do, but also the landlord also has a right to evict your daughter if she doesnt pay THE FULL RENT next month.

So to protect her credit rating... ya gotta lend her some money, untill you can sue the roomate and colect on the judgment.
