I lived with two roommates. At one point all the utilities were in my name and when I had to move out I had them switched over to one of my other roommates names. I finished paying for the bills that were in my name. Am I still obilgated to pay a 1/3 of the utilties if I do not live or use them any longer? One roommate is taking me to small claims court in May if I do not pay. I still pay my rent. Is that a part of the roommate agreement

It depends ENTIRELY on what your agreement says. If the agreement says (to the effect), "I agree to pay one-third of all rents and utilities for the full term", you are liable for the rent and utilities. If it just says, "I will pay until I no longer live their", then you don't have to.
