vancouver, clark county, washington state-
roommate not on apartment lease
roommate not paid back rent and phone over $300
roommate consistantly pays bills late with out notice and so has caused numerous late fees,etc.
without my consent or permission roommate has brougt in pet dog, has not cleaned up excrement/waste from pet for several months...
i want roommate to pay back bills and leave apartment.
roommate adamantly refuses to do either.
what are my rights as person on lease and
what are roommates rights not being on lease and
how can i attempt to get back money owed and/or
how do i remove roomate without violating roommates rights
