i cosigned with two other girls on a year lease in alabama. one of the girls moved out in april and refuses to pay her 1/3 of the rent. are the two of us that are left liable for her portion? her furniture is still on the premises. also, we signed seperate pieces of paper, does this constitute seperate leases?
