My roommate moved into my home (that I own) 2 months ago. We got into a huge argument and I gave him his 30 days notice. We both signed a generic lease (the already made one from staples), stating that all we needed to do was give 30 days notice. The lease seems to be missing. He said he doesn't have it and I can't find it anywhere. His move out by date is Sept. 16th. If he's not out by then, am I allowed to remove his belongings? I hear that the eviction process could take 6 months. He has never paid a penny in utilities, so his security deposit will not be returned. (They are equal) But then his dog destroyed the carpet and the paint in my spare bedroom. I'm sure he won't pay. Is there anything I can do to get him out sooner? He doesn't seem to be packing!!! Help please!

Sure toss his stuff out, he is a REDNECK wid a DAWG he aint gotz no monneee to sue you....

(hint: throwing stuff out locking someone out is ILLEGAL!)

Why not be a Redneck and search his stuff..he must have a gold ring somewhere or some cd's or something of value thats small...

Next time dont rent to Rednecks with DAWGS!

What advice were you looking for?

When he doesnt move on the 16th, then go to the court house and start legal evcition proceedings, and include the rent and DAWG damages, and he has to be served the legal papers to answer for a court date and both of you will tell a judge your story...

If he leaves his stuff you must either store it SAFELY in your home or rent a storage locker which he will have to pay for to retrive his stuff.

When you get a money judgment against him, then you can try and attch his pay...when he gets a legal on the books paying job.

OR>>>>>>>>there is the REDNECK way of dealing with this low life.
