I am a Soldier in the U.S. Army and I have been stuck with a terrible timeshare point system I purchased in the Bahamas 10 years ago. I am not receiving the value for what I pay each year in fees. My Fees keep going up every year and I don't believe I should pay it. I have asked the company to send me a copy of my contract for several years now but, due to being busy in the military for the last few years, I haven't been able to deal with it. Royal-Holiday club keeps telling me they will send it but, they never send it. Can anyone find out how I can get out of this contract without ruining my credit ? Since I am in the Army, I cannot have an unpaid debt, or it could effect my future. Does an attorney who deals with this sort of issue have some advice?
