You don't give enough information to be very helpful, but I am assuming that you are either referring to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure or the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. The first has to do with physical and mental examinations of persons. The second has to do with correctiosn or reductions to sentences. You can find these rules at WWW.Findlaw.com.
