My ex's attorney called and wants to change the court order so there can be specific start dates for holidays and breaks. right now the court order doesnt have any specfic start dates. they want me to just sign the proposed order and not go back to court (pretty much to say its a mutual decision) my attorney told me not to sign. they want to pretty much get me trapped on a specific schedule so i have no way of refusing visits. dont my ex and attorney need a change of circumstance to change the schedule? they dont have anything other than wanting specific start dates. will we have to go back to court for this if i dont agree to sign the proposal? im ready to go back to court because they dont have a change in circumstance to change the original court order.

No way anyone in this forum can take you serious lady. You must be a glutton for punishment.

Nope. Hire an attorney and an M.D.
i have hired one she is just difficult to reach at times i use suggestions to pass on to her, she told me not to sign because if i signed we wouldnt have to go to court.. is that true? but if i dont sign we have to go to court but he wont get it approved because he doesnt have a change of circumstance to change the original order
