I am 16 about to be 17 is there any laws in texas about me moving out of my house? Me and my mother do not get along at all and i would like to move out on my own but i don't know if she could call runaway... please help!! Thanx

Until you are 18, you are a minor! And yes, if you move out, she can file runaway charges against you.
