What is the name of your state? NJ
Arite here's the deal... my friends were drinking in a park after 10pm (park curfew) and i was with them. Cops came in and I ran, got out of there. My friend gave them my name and I was wondering what I could be charged with.

It depends on the laws in NJ ... in CA you COULD be charged with the original curfew violation and resisting or obstructing a peace officer - and maybe even a minor in possession of alcohol. Its doubtful that they will make too big an effort to prosecute you unless they had to go through a big effort to try and catch you.

I expect the same laws are applicable in NJ, so you could face a resisting charge and the curfew charge. Neither should be TOO big a deal ... but maybe next time you will drink someplace where you aren't likely to get chased and possibly hurt.

You may not have been drinking, but the laws in some states just require that you were present where it was being consumed to permit a minor in possession charge. In CA if you had some form of dominion and control over the alcohol, you could be charged with MIP. I'm sure the same is true in NJ.
