What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MI
I want to start an S-Corp for my Heating & Cooling Business. I also need to file a personal bankruptcy. My question is should I file the personal bankruptcy before or after I start S-Corp?

File before you start the new business.
If you do it the other way around, your ownership in the corp. may well become property of the bk estate.
