What is the name of your state? Arkansas
My husband's company was bought out by a capital venture, who promptly chopped it up. The remaining core employees have turned to the original owners for help; these owners have formed an S Corporation, with no concrete dividends for at least five years. My husband wants to take our entire savings and buy stock into this new S Corporaton. Any advice or knowledge would be appreaciated.

Perhaps I should also seek a divorce attorney!!
Thanks,
Belle
