What is the name of your state? Indiana
Hi, I am being sued by a collection agency for some old medical bills. I have read that medical bills carry a four year s.o.l, because they fall under goods and services;but I am not having any luck finding confirmation of this information. Would someone please tell me where I can find this information in the Indiana statutes, or at least point me in the right direction.Thank you for your help.

That would be in the UCC portion of the statutes - Uniform Commercial Code - which all 50 states have adopted.
