Hi,
I have been out of status since the age of 10 by not fault of my own. I’m 26 now an still an illegal alien. I want to marry my girlfriend who is a U.S. citizen. Is being out of status for such a vast amount of time going to affect me becoming a “Conditional Permanent Resident”/ Conditional Resident Alien? Will I be able to get a work permit/obtain a drivers license?
