My daughter placed an order for refill cartridges with SAFECIG. Between the two of us the total cost was right around $70.00. Order placed and money taken out of her bank account over 7 weeks ago. The company comes up with a different story each time she contacts them. First it was that they shut down for inventory and it took longer than expected - said they would ship out in 2 days. Next time they said order had shipped and gave her a USPS tracking number - USPS site shows status is info received. Next time they said product was backordered and would ship within 2-3 days. Next time they said they had a lot of backorders therefore took longer than expected but our order shipped that very same day. Six days later was told that shipping could take up to 10 days. After the 10 days, she asked for a refund and was told that refund will take 30-45 days !!!
Is it legal for them to take the money knowing that they did not have the product? Is there any course of action to get a faster refund?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
