salary info. to other employee

i live in wv, is it legal for an employer to discuss my salary to another employee? are they allowed to tell another employee what kind of raise they are going to give me. please help!!!

I am sorry to say that I don't know the laws of your state, however I would hazard a guess that it is not per se unlawful what is happening to you. Your employer's policies or practices are probably what controls and these talks regarding wages are probably in violation of them.
