What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Missouri.

My brother recently died without a will. He has a new pick up truck that had a "paid upon death" clause in his finance contract in which I am the sole beneficiary. Is the truck mine free and clear? Or do I need to sell the truck to myself and escrow the money until the estate is settled? If so, is there a minimum price (ie: fair market value, versus $500 for example)? I have one brother and the estate is in the process of probate. I hope that is enough info. Thanks for any opinion.
