In a Sale Of Goods Agreement would my "word" count as a "goods." I want to use this contract, but instead of the "goods" being a physical item, it would be myself telling them valuable information in exchange for a sum. My question is, would my "word" count as a "goods" and therefore this contract would be valid? If I would need a different contract, what type of contract would I be looking at?
