oregon. i am trying to sell property from estate. property in 5 individual names. brother has been diagnosted as paranoid & dillusional. he has fired many attorney throughout divorce and many dr trying to help him. he is not agreeing to sign papers for sale of property after verbal acceptance of offer. he signed for the realtor listing. due to his on and off mental capacity, what can be done to obtain his signature? is it conflict of interest if i try to retain his main divorce attorney (who has been fired) who has worked with him for 4 years and knows is state of mind? we stand to lose a lot of money in this deal as well as on 2 more properties. can a court order be gotten to sell the properties on his behalf?
